2022 REAL ESTATE ASSESSMENTS
The Jersey County Board of Review is now in session to hear complaints on 2022 Real Estate Assessments. Commencement date is March 6, 2023. Appointments can be scheduled as set forth below. Hearings will be held Mondays, Tuesdays, & Wednesdays beginning Monday, March 6, 2023 from 9 a.m. to Noon and 1 p.m. to 2:40 p.m.
Final date for filing assessment complaints is April 4, 2023.
Appointments may be made and complaints may be filed at the office of the Supervisor of Assessments, Jersey County Government Building, 200 North Lafayette Street, Ste 4., Jerseyville, Illinois. Office Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm. Phone 498-5571 ext 128. The 2022 assessed value may affect the tax statement you will pay in 2023.

Herewith is a list of Real Estate Assessment Changes made by the Township Assessor and/or by the Supervisor of Assessments for Jersey County for the 2022 Assessment Year. Such assessed values are subject to revision by Township or County Wide Equalization Factors, Jersey County Board of Review actions, & to Equalization by the Department of Revenue, State of Illinois.
